The Void - official bonus disk torrent

It seems that there had been some problems with including bonus content for the English release, so the version released in UK did not have it. Most probably there is no bonus content in the Steam version either - after all, who needs additional 4 gigs she or he did not even ask for?

For those who are still interested we compiled an official torrent a month ago. Look for the details at the game's official site (http://www.tension-game.com).

It IS legal. We are sorry that this content could not make it to the players. The disk was included in every Russian box back in 2008, and there is no reason for other players not to have it.

Here is what you are going to find there:
- all game's trailers
- full soundtrack in FLAC (4 CDs! The 4th includes new tracks made for the 2009 release). If you do not have any player, you may use foobar2000 version included on the disk.
- a large amount of artwork made for the game. Some pictures are in print quality.
- an interview (you will find the English subtitles at the official forum).

The disk is more than 4 GB in total.

Originally, we planned this as a free bonus disk (and not just any bonus disk, but one I'd want to see in every game package - with all the beefy stuff) with the game, but with digital distro we decided to put it online. Enjoy the sountrack, took me hell a lot of time to find all the unreleased tracks, encode and tag them properly!

Can someone upload it somewhere for a direct download. With 21 seeds and a 1.8Kb/s download speed, this isn't going to finish.

Can someone at least do the soundtrack?

Thank you so much... you're a shining example to the games industry and I for one will be commited to purchasing any/all future ice-pick releases!

p.s. 4 gigs in just under an hour - impressive!! But seriously, having just skimmed through the soundtrack very quickly I have to say this is AAA quality music. There are several tracks that really stand out and for me at least 2 of them are simply amazing:

Disk 2, Track 35 - Strange Creatures and...
Disk 4, Track 14 - Hunter Location C

Both of which I'll be burning to CD to play in my car for the long and tedious commutes. Please express my sincere admiration to the composer and let me know if he'll be composing for any other upcoming games soon.

i forgot about this thread. you're right, the torrent isn't dead, i've downloaded what i wanted and am currently seeding. if anyone else is trying to download, it may help to change the anounce url to: udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
