Sucks to all who got the id Superpack Yesterday

Moral of the story, if you can wait, get it on January 2nd unless its on the one day sale.

That's what I'm doing, waiting till the final day because you risk overpaying for a game that will go on a daily deal later

And this is why they shouldn't have done 1 day sales on Holiday sale. It was fine when there wasn't any other discounts. Now its just an annoying you text for not waiting till the last day.

No, I didn't bought anything yesterday.

I was actually going to buy it yesterday but glad that I held off. Whats wrong with it? Looks amazing to be honest if you like your old shool shooters and £12 is a steal.

I don't care about old games like Doom and Quake.

The same thing got to my mind. People got really screwed with that ID pack. I suggest everyone to wait until the last day to buy anything more expensive than €5 euro.

I thought I read somewhere that Valve customer support is fairly accomodating and would refund you the difference if a game went on sale right after you bought it. Is that not the case?

I would think that anything that is 75% or more off / less that £2 / $3 is safe to buy.

avg age on that games is > 10 years. who on earth hasnt already played them since that?
my guess: most people are buying it just to "pimp" their account.

they only did that once to me, but that was because the purchase was a preorder of a game that was not released.
