Risk 2 multiplayer or not?

Bought this game a few days ago. The game itself appears to be multiplayer, but the Steam page for the game reads "Single Player."

So, is the LAN multiplayer functional in the game or not? Anybody have any experience with that?

Risk dows not see any multiplayer Lan games unless you have a disk installed on the machine that is hosting the game. Vista machines time out when trying to join. i bought this game so i would not have to have a disk.

This is a real bust. publish a crack for this or delete it from the list of games and refund all moneys gained from it.

Just my opinion FWIW

If you try a program called Hamachi, that may help the game see each other.

Even if its not local network, Hamachi can make 2 computers look lan for games when playing over the Internet
