Cannot Uninstall?

I'm using steam with 64bit Vista. When I try to uninstall the program, nothing happens. The game no longer appears in my steam account, but is still on my computer after a couple attempts to uninstall, and a couple restarts. Please advise me!

Do you uninstall it in Steam? If not, do it in Steam.
