I get this message every time I try to open a TF2 map I downloaded, this message pops up telling me to check my -game parameter or VCONFIG setting. Exactly what would I need to do to fix this?

Where are you launching tf2 from? The steam games list? Does this happen on any other maps? What are your specs? Have you tried verifying game cache?

Downloaded TF2 dedicated server, and now, when I try to open the downloaded file, it won't do anything. File doesn't even open. How would I upload the downloaded map so that I can play on it?

Go to source SDK, select your game and click [edit game configurations]
add " (x86)" behind program files The explanation is because the SDK is made for 32bit systems, 64bit systems have an folder to run 32 bit (x86) thats where steam goes in aswell... ![]() I used this for poratl, just add " (x86)" after the program files... c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\denisbondaruk\portal\portal |
