I'd be curious to hear about the off-line coop as well. Has anyone played local co-op with 2 Xbox controllers? How is it?

There is no offline-coop. And there is no xbox360 controller support.
The game is a diablo-style scifi dungeon crawler. Controls via point and click on the mouse (very similar to Diablo). Coop mode for up to three players is either on LAN or online (matchmaking supported through gameranger for free) |

Sounds like a poor coop situation, what were the devs thinking... *moves on to a different game*

OMG
Usually people cry that it states coop on the store page and it's only local (offline) coop. Thanks for info on coop. At least I'm glad I can play it online with my friends. Then I don't have to drive 20 minutes ![]() Well James, you might enjoy Trine. |

I'm mixed with decision about HotSeat, LAN and Online. So here's my thoughts.
HotSeat : You get to have some friends around and it's fun, but can be annoyingly pricy if you don't have the controllers for it and hooking two keyboards and two mouses (or more, see Trine) can be very troublesome. Also, gameplay gets restrictive as all characters have to be in the same screen... but they should already be following each other... what is it called... oh yeah : A team! LAN : Thanks to Hamachi this option still good without Online, but unless you have few computers or power up some LAN party which can be expensive, take lots of space and peoples bring their machines (not all have cars) it's hardly a good decision. Online : In this age of "Busy busy busy", some have school and others have work, it's hard to get everyone at the same spot, so some after-work game is always possible. Online is a must, but still fun to have some pals around. Some kind of games makes it hard to have either of those, and split screens are a pain. |
