Account has been disabled
My account has been disabled because paypal has canceled a payment. I try to communicate with the steam support for two weeks, because I want to pay with the money which is the whole time waiting on my paypal account, but they dont tell me how i can send the money. A manual payment via paypal is imposible, because valve accepts only transaktions by using the website, whats imposible for my, because my account is disabled.

You need to get Paypal to pay Valve back from the canceled payment, then support will re-enable the account.
I'm sure support has told you this if you have contacted them correctly and advised them of the situation. __________________ Nothing to see here |

As I wrote I HAVE paypal, but valve is only accepting transaktion by using the "steam" website, so I CAN NOT SEND the money by MY SELF.

You must have paypal reimburse Valve for the original transaction.

I wrote paypal and I called but they told me they are not able to do it, if valve does not request the payment.

Paypal cancelled the payment but won't re-submit it unless Valve asks?
What has Valve support said about all this? __________________ Nothing to see here |

You will have to wait patiently. Feedback from steam support can take anywhere from three to five business days.

Wait, if your account is disabled, does that mean you can't play any of your Steam games? So Valve holds all your games hostage for every single payment? Why is everyone so in love with Steam again?

Steam support is pathetic. I used to like it, but there are options to steam and I bet they have support. I've spent at least $1000 on games, and they're holding them all hostage without as much as an email to tell me why. Can't get a hold of anyone. Paypal transaction was fine. Mass Effect 2 came out today and I had it pre-ordered but thanks to Steam I can't play it.
Steam will be my "old games" folder and I'm switching to another like direct2drive. Not a good idea to have all your eggs in one basket, is it?
