I was checkin my sites yesterday and lo and behold on joystiq there was an article on a curious indie game fromt he UK called Frozen Synapse. And I must say from the moment the trailer started I wanted this game. It's a top down Turn based action game, but with a bit of a twist. The turns are carried out at the same time for all units and is meant to have every turn be significant. The trailer can be found here. Would love to see this on steam. Seems like the perfect game to be attached to it as well.

I'm very interested in this game as well. I'm sure the developers want it on Steam, and it's just more a case of getting noticed.

I agree with the contents of this thread! I'd love to see Frozen Synapse on Steam, make it so!

I suspect the devs need to approach steam but yes the game is looking interesting and steam is a great platform

I'd buy it regardless but would love to add it to my Steam games. Makes it easier to track what I've bought and where it is.

I hope it does arrive on steam. I can't wait for Frozen Synapse, and it would be nice to have it on my steam list. But I will just buy it directly through Mode 7 if it isn't available on steam.

The game itself plays like a dream and once they get the multiplayer interface tuned a bit along with a couple UI issues, I think you'll see some fabulous things. Getting it onto Steam would be a serious coup and since Valve seems fairly indie-friendly, I can certainly envision it happening.

I already got it, but i know of a few people who would probably buy it over steam... and maybe i could than gift it to a few friends of mine.
