Achievement glitch?

Recently I have been trying to get certain achievements in L4D2. A group of friends and myself went after the BRIDGE OVER TREBLED SLAUGHTER achievement. They got the achievement and I did not. We tried over and over again. We all used stop watches so we knew we made it in time. I still didn't get it.. Two weeks later I try with some other friends.. They get the achievement and I did not.. I'm want to know why I cant get it when Everyone else I play with does...

I don't really know. First I've ever heard if this issue.

The only achievement glitch I've seen for me is getting "Fuel Crisis" when the other team wasn't in overtime mode, I'm not quite sure what was happening there.

Best I can recommend is: Check if you already have it or not. I mean I did this with friends and one died, and he still got the achievement.

yeah. ive played games where i got achievements, but i didnt get a message saying they were unlocked.

if that doesnt work, try it on single player.

I had this issue with progress on the Still Something to Prove achievement.
I beat the entire campaign with my team, start to finish, and I didn't get the progress for it.
(It'd only be 1/5, but still.)

Sooo you're not alone.

This happened to a friend of mine as well. We all got the achievement but he didn't; weird stuff.
