Resolution too big, How to reset?

Apparently I set my resolution too high and the box became bigger then my screen can handle. It's in windowed mode and I can't get to the options button to reset it.

It's CS by the way.

Can anyone help?

My Games > Right-click Counter-Strike > Properties > Set launch options:

Add -autoconfig. Run the game, exit, remove -autoconfig, re-launch and configure it properly.

Just tried that but it doesn't seem to affect the window size at all. :/
