tf2 crash after update :S

I dont know what happens but the update seem that crash the game after like 10 seconds of play

"HL2 Stop working"

I make the integrity check of steam and says that everything is ok :S

Any idea?

"Hl2.exe stopped working" 3 times just after the update, each time 2 minutes into the game right before my respawn (last thing I see is the kill-cam) on ctf_doublecross and ctf_2fort.

This has never happened before. Please fix it, Valve.

ATI HD 4870, Catalyst 10.1

I have a few mdmp files in my tf2 directory if a TF2 dev is interested in it ^^

I get a crash to desktop the first time I am killed and see the killercam.

I can see the TF2 Status reads something like "Synching ... 0%" and then quickly goes back to "100% - Ready"

TF2 has crashed for me bout 5 times in the last hour when using a RJ map.

System Specs:
NVidia 9400GT(1GB) - Latest Drivers
Win 7 (x64)
8GB RAM

I'm having crashes since update too.

I'm on 2gb RAM, XP, Nvidia Geforce 7950GT, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600, latest drivers

Been enjoying TF2 on max settings for 2 years with very smooth game play and no probs. Since last update I'm getting horrific fps drops every time I get a frag, this eventually leads to a full system crash.

Feeling pretty disappointed at the moment

Mine is crashing and i've realized that is crashing in one or two servers especifically and not all server as i thought. It stills sucks cause my fav server crashes every time i get in.
