I know I'm replying to a really old post here, but unfortunately The Complete Saga does not support vibration despite the presence of the setting.
What's "funny" is that the PC version of Lego Star Wars 2 did support vibration with a 360 controller. For some reason they removed vibration support in The Complete Saga, the setting in the config file is probably just a left-over from the earlier version of the engine. |
