On the Internet has appeared Exploit which brings down a server with an error

It is useless!!!
exploit brings down any of a server, it is not dependent on that costs there AntiCSDoS or not it

use console mode and this wont appear.
to use
cl_allowupload
cl_allowdownload
to 0

To download it is possible here, the password will be received only by moderators or support a forum steam

All files easily bring down a server windows and linux, even AntiCSDoS you will not rescue.

VALVE is obliged to make completion of servers as while it not epidemic but will be fast, files extend very quickly and as are written new on the basis of this vulnerability.

there is no fix
use -console paramether to fix this
when i put it works for me

ok, there is only one variant, to transfer this archive to kiddies without a brain and let they bring down a server to the right and on the left and when epidemic that will begin and at valve there will be a desire is dealt with by this problem
