I noticed a new ending in portal, normally when you defeat glados you just lay there but now i got dragged away from behind and it was talking, well i don't know if it's new but i was always laying still but now i was dragged

I think people have already noticed that, the robot pulling you away. He's saying "Thank you for assuming the party escort submission position". Glados at one point tells you to be ready to assume or to assume that position or something like that, during the game (which isnt new). This possibly indicates that Chell is being taken back into aperture science

Maybe glaDOS was failed to be detained. And the "found" could be that they know where glaDOS is..

Or perhaps it glaDOS talking about failing to keep "us" detained, and that he/she is on to us

I can't get the decoding sonftware to work. I don't really know how to use it. Is it incompatible with Windows 7 or USB headsets?

And cleverly, the update news was "Added Valuable Asset Retrieval". Chell is a very valuable asset, don't you think?

In short, Chell has been in stasis for a few hundred years, GLaDOS is Still Alive, we now have Co-Op mode, and wehave several new puzzle aspects like Redirection Cubes which reflect lasers into their proper receptacle, the Excursion Funnel, which is pretty much a gravitational field that can go through portals, vacuum tubes, orange paint that makes things super-slick so Chell can rocket past at high velocity, and blue paint that turns everything into a trampoline.
