We would be never able to play it again once we died ingame :'(
I guess the headshots would be way more devastating or hits in certain areas, such in the west would do near to no damage. Also maybe bleeding if you have been hit, weapons jamming, no crosshair and iron sights/reflex sights only? CS is probably better off being un-realistic :P |

To make it realistic, when you die in the game, you cannot respawn again. Ever.

Depends more on the *degree* of realism, not a random generalization of realism. The game is already a lot more realistic than say, Call of Duty.
*Bleeding and need for bandages/first-aid administration *Armor would actually work, but wouldn't stop everything *Nightvision would have a purpose (since lighting would exist) *Wouldn't be able to run faster with the Scout than the knife *Walking would still produce sound, just light sound *Shotguns wouldn't be sniper rifles *Grenades wouldn't take off just 1HP when shoved down someone's throat *Water wouldn't cause your body's mass to collapse upon itself upon contact *No bunny-hopping or animation canceling etc. |
