Sound problem related with mic.

I have headphones with microphone but I can remove or connect it whenever i want so here is the problem. Without mic connected to headphones everything in game is fine, just when i connect it Im getting some extra echo when im shooting. I tried everything that i could think of but nothing helped. Im using w/seven with Realtek HD audio. Tried with my old unatachable microphone with headphones its the same effect so headphones isnt fault. Its not cl_room problem. Any suggestions?
