Warband beta crash

After Ive entered a game, it will just crash to desktop after about a min.

Yeah, it's a new error that came with 0.800. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Just tried the beta, sad to say this wont be a game ill be able to play.

You really need a solid connection to play this game, any lag will doom you and my ping is always near 200 =(

at least i tried it out before wasting money on the final game.

Where are you? I am in Europe and i get 160 ping on US servers. So it's probably something to do with your connection.

Yes, that error was introduced in this last update, and is likely to be fixed soon.

As for ping, most of the people playing have good ping. I live in Argentina and play on the US servers, my ping is usually 150-160.

With those types of errors, you can usually press ignore and continue playing! Doesnt work every time, but most of the time. Just give the blank screen a moment while the graphics load again.

Been told by devs that the error won't come up if you enable Edit Mode in Configure window upon launching the game; didn't try yet, gotta go home first.

I live in eastern Europe and have about 50 ping in most european servers, everything is almost perfectly playable, 200 in US servers, its gotta be your connection.
