Exclamation A few questions about the forums

Well here they are:
1. Can I give another user permission to edit my thread? If the answer is 'Yes' how do I do that?

2. Somebody has given me +rep, and I can see that in my 'User CP' but it doesn't show up in the forums, why not?

3. Can you alter the title of a thread? And if so, is there a maximum number of times you can alter it?

4. My brother has made an forum account this morning, but he still can't post on the forums, the account is activated, but when I trie to activate it again it says: 'Your account has been activated but you are currently in the moderation queue to be added to the forum.' What does this mean?
Well, I hope you guys can give me some answers.

1. No
2. Because that person probably had a rep power of 0, i.e <100 rep, < 1 year on the forum and 10-49 psots.
3. No, only moderators can do that.
4. It means that a moderator has to approve your brother's account.

The amount of rep you get from the "repper" is determined by his/her own rep.

Yes. Double click the title in forumdisplay.php

It means that his account has not be verified by the moderators.
