usually just bullets.

I rarely get killed by 40mm of CG's or whatever.

40mm ...around a corner (when falling back from a place I was rushing). It's all too common for me to die this way. It's fair and all (in general), especially when someone that was shooting me with bullets sends it flying over because they were tracking me, etc. But when there's some people that just sit there and use the INSAIN feature of the endless ammo box and soley lobs nades and sends tubes all day, that's very annoying. I don't have any problem with nor see any problem with anyone, no matter their skill, using all the frags/rockets/explosives they want and whenever they want, so long as there is a sensible limit to how many one can carry, and how many FIT in an ammo box. The unlimited ammo boxes are probably one of the worst (and most easily fixable) aspects in the game.

..GOL...don't forget GOL kills. I don't consider these cheap in any way though as I usually kill the guy that shot me with it at least 2-4x more, and I'll (as anyone would) always go KNIFE first.

M60s from Medics that are dancing around. Seriously, getting headshot from 20 meters away by a Medic that is in mid-air from a jump is getting tiresome.
Tubes from any range.
And counter-knifed after I stab them 6 times.
