Files corrupted even after redownloading

Hello,
I have a problem with Alien Vs Predator.

I have bought the DVD and installed the game with Steam.
Now, because I can't start the game I have verified the integrity of the game cache and I found that 1 file was corrupted and steam has re-downloaded the file.

I have checked again the integrity of the game files but again I got 1 file corrupted and this happen over and over.

What can be the problem?

Do I have to fully remove the game and Re-Download all the files again?

Steam CEG copy protection. just ignore the one file
