Login process has failed to create the security options dialog

I have downloaded the game and want to start it for the first time , and the PC almost completly slows down to impossible to use. The mouse might move an inch every 1 min.
The PC doesnt respond to ANYTHING , not even ctrl alt del.
Thos ONLY happens when trying to start this game , or else my PC works great.
The only way to make the PC work normal again is a hard restart.

What am i doing wrong ? Or what is wrong ?

My first suggestion would be make sure you have updated video drivers.

Second, check your Event Viewer to see if there are any error messages being recorded there from the program.

Third, disable any security software (anti- virus, spyware, malware, etc.)

Fourth, I would try opening Task Manager before starting the game and see if you can task-switch to it when the problem happens to see the specific name of the process that is using all your resources.
