BMgame.exe crash on game over screen

"BMgame.exe has generated errors and will now be closed by windows" after a die or otherwise fail a mission and am just about to see Joker tease me before the checkpoint reloads. Every single time.

Worked fine before. Randomly updated drivers last weekend, noticed crash so reverted back to the old drivers. Still crashing. Not even sure it's driver related. Game works fine otherwise.

Have got everything maxed at 1920x1200 minus AA.
8800 GTX
Core 2 Duo
XP SP2

Sound familiar?
