Game not loading at all

I got the game when it was released and it ran perfect, completed the game and decided "now, im not going to be an and be good to the little sisters". since I completed the game the game shows me a black screen where ctrl+alt+del, alt+tab, alt+F4 do not work, i have to do a force restart in order to go back to my desktop. Is there anyway to resolve this?

my details are as follows:

Try deleting your last save game. That's what worked for me.
