Game not loading at all

I got the game when it was released and it ran perfect, completed the game and decided "now, im not going to be an ♥♥♥♥ and be good to the little sisters". since I completed the game the game shows me a black screen where ctrl+alt+del, alt+tab, alt+F4 do not work, i have to do a force restart in order to go back to my desktop. Is there anyway to resolve this?
