CS;S graphics spasm (Help)

HELP.. whenever i go into game and click something on the start screen my screen comes up with lots of blue lines all over it and then i have to turn my computer off by holding the on button, what could be the problem ?

Could be overheating.. go clean all the dust out of the GPU and CPU fans.

its not the dust, it only crashes when i click something in game.
