Will Fallout 3: GOTY ever be on sale?

I know that Fallout 3 is worth buying, with all it's bulging DLCs and manly mods, but if it's going on sale anytime soon, I would like to save some cash.

Does anyone know if GOTY will be on sale soon?

I've been slobbering over this game for a while, and I'm thiiiiiiis close to going for it.
But, if I bought it today and found it on sale tomorrow, I would be, like, "Uuuugh, nooooo...".

want this and oblivion badly but dont wanna pay both for such high price
