Cant open steam!
Hello everyone.
The problem is that i cant start up my steam... It connects, and when it is starting, it stops loading. i press control + alt + delete, and it says me that "Steam is not responding". So i have to close the steam manually. Please, help me... Im using Steam 2010 BETA, if it helps you. GoodBye. Lobi. |

Some things to try.
First, make sure Steam is not running, then navigate to: {drive}:\Program Files*\Steam\ ...and rename the file ClientRegistry.blob to ClientRegistry.old, restart Steam. Second, if that fails, navigate to: {drive}:\Program Files*\Steam\steamapps ...and delete winui.gcf then restart Steam. Third, if the above 2 fail, carefully follow the directions outlined in this article. |
