Talking Is the Steam version of Vice City Haitian-friendly?

I'm wondering if Steam's version of GTAVC is censored or not.

This FAQ lists the differences between versions
References to Haitians have been either altered or removed in the following
missions:

>>"Guardian Angels" (Colonel Cortez)
>>"Two Bit Hit" (Avery Carrington)
>>"Cannon Fodder" (Umberto Robina)
>>"Naval Engagement" (Umberto Robina)
>>"Trojan Voodoo" (Umberto Robina)

In all fairness, references to Cubans have been either altered or removed
from the following missions:

>>"Juju Scramble" (Auntie Poulet)
>>"Bombs Away!" (Auntie Poulet)
>>"Dirty Lickin's" (Auntie Poulet)
Could anyone confirm whether it is or not? Also, does the game menu list a version number anywhere? Thankya

It says PlayStation2 Haitian-Friendly Version, so i'd say we're all safe.
