i hate this game and steam sucks

i paid £30 for this on steam i got ripped off big time

i hate it its just full of people acu rushing and its just repetitive and boring.

as for steam ive had to redownload and install steam 4 times since ive had this game as it randomly decides to no longer launch.

wish i could get my money back.

ps i played TA and SC so dont tell me i dont understand the game.

comm rushing is for noobs - if you can't beat it then you're one too. I wish more people would do it to me

this game is different from sc1. don't try to play them the same. com rush is annoying but stopible, the game is getting rapidly better.

i played TA for 3 years, hated SC1 and loved SC2
so TOUGH!, it is a personal preference.

I also played TA quite a bit- one of the best RTS ever made. SC wasn't too bad, but the battles were admittedly way too drawn-out. SC2 gives a more reasonable pace akin to TA- makes it so you don't need a whole free afternoon and evening just to play a match.

Thats ok ... Steam hates you also, and thinks that you suck as well.

All jokes aside though, I rather dislike people who troll on these forums saying that "steam sucks" or "I hate this game". This forum is meant for Supreme Commander fans. If you hate the game, its probably because you suck at it. You should go back to playing your n00bish, brainless shooting games if you cant keep up.

As for the ACU rush, It is a little annoying I agree, but then again, if you play the game right it should not be a problem.

And as for you having to re-download steam? You must be a REAL n00b to have to download steam over again. All you have to do is check the integrity of the game cache. Takes like ten minutes TOPS. Then it will download all the missing files you need. Usually it is no more than twenty files, or about a GB of data.

So just STOP complaining, do a little research, and accept that when you use technology, it is also implied that you should use your BRAIN a little as well. These days its as simple as loading up google, and typing in a keyword, or phrase like "steam supreme commander crash", and then choosing out of the thousands of responses, one that makes the most sense. OR! you could post a "cool headed" polite question on these forums stating the issues you are having with the game.

But in the end, trolls will be trolls. But hopfully this little bit of educational pointers should reduce your "troll like" behavior to a minimum.

Just because the TC is having an unpleasant experience using STEAM doesn't mean he is trolling. He may just be very frustrated with a legitimate problem. STEAM does have it issues with not always running well for some people, myself included. And you suggesting that if he doesn't do a search on his own to try and find a solution to his problems then he's just a whinnier and complainer that needs to follow your instructions on how to correctly make a post in this forum. He broke no TOC rules so no need for your condescending remarks toward him. If anything he has a perfect right to be jarateed-off. STEAM offers little to none in the way of tech support for members that do have real issues with games that were purchased from them, they are the one's that should be helping him fix his problem. So before you go chastising someone with your educational pointers, get a clue that he may just have a legitimate beef with STEAM ! ....

I love this game & steam is awesome!(just for some balance) lol...

I smashed the single player campaign on hard while bored. Its too small, too restricted and a total lobotomy on TA and SC1.

Ill never put another dollar towards a Gas Powered Game. Say what you want but Ill vote with my wallet.
