Steam Support Number

Why is there not a steam support number?
I mean they make tons of money and don't have a support line?

I agree. Remember telephoning Steam @3 years ago. No phone number now?

Telephoned Steam from Bangkok, TH at the time; guess l got the number from information. The're located in Bellevue, Washington.

The only thing l can find now is a cyber cafe fax number.

I can find a phone number for any company even valve.
that does not mean it is a support number.

Guys help! I change my Steam folder and my games wont work! theres a way to fix this without moving steam back???

Yes there is a way, verify the cache of the games which are not working.

ye.. lets excavate the oldest thread we can find.. which is even sort of unrelated to my problem.. >_<

if you've moved your steam folder.. delete everything apart from the steam.exe and the folders called steamapps(contains your games) and userdata(contains configs and saved games for some games).

now run the steam.exe and it will (briefly) redownload the missing files and hopefully work again.

you could also try to merely delete the clientregistry.blob which resides in your steam directory.. maybe that's enough already.. but i doubt it.
