replaying bosses

so i just bought the game with all dlc, and wanted to ask:: is there a way to play bosses over again, as if they were instances?

If memory serves, the bosses respawn. So it is possible to defeat them multiple times.

All the story bosses respawn and some of the named ones do. To get them to respawn (Aside from Crawmerax) you have to exit and enter again to reset everything.

I don't think the destroyer respawns more than two times (on playthrough 2 and 2.5). On playthrough 1, I think it only spawns once.
