No mouse cursor

I can see the area were the cursor is supose to be, it lights up, but there is no cursor. I'm running 1920x1080. Any ideas?

1. Update video drivers?
2. Are the cursors installed? I:\Steam\SteamApps\common\command and conquer 4 tiberian twilight\Data\Data\Cursors
3. Do they appear in other resolutions?
