crash dumps

Hello

I keep getting a serious error which closes the application then tells me that there is an error file in my crash dumps folder, which btw is in an unreadable format. This seems to happen whilst the game is processing, mainly after matches. I've tried going back to previous saved games before I installed the mega face pack, even replayed half a season until the game crashed in exactly the same place as before.Has anyone else come across this? and if so have you fixed it you genius???
Any help appreciated. ta

Have sent my crash dump files ti Sports Interactive along with a detailed explanation of the problem. will post here if any developments.
