G15 keyboard help- text macro's

i am trying to bind "hey i need amnmo", "need a medic pack", etc. to my G15 macro keys and it gets all wonky... anyone know how to make a macro work without using delays?

I'll try to make one, give me two minutes or so.

Edit: I created a macro like this: K I need ammo. When I used it, I couldn't move, it didn't type anything, but it looked like I was "typing" something because I could look around and shoot, but not move. But IIRC macros don't work in BC2. Dunno why, can someone correct me?
