Full Screen Setting?

How do I play in full-screen. It is playing in windowed mode and I can't find any options to change it. I did not pay enough attention on the initial set up options and can't get back to that screen to see if I missed it. Please help. Just installed it today.

Nevermind, I found the config file in my steam dir.
