This CD-Key Has Been Used Already??

Hello, and thanks for reading my post.

I bought AC2 about a month ago, but waited to play, or even start it up until I was finished playing AC1.

So, I start up the game, it wanted to make a ubi.com account. Then it wanted me to put in my CD-Key, so I did the copy paste thing from the CD-Key box in steam and the game says "This CD-Key Has Been Used Already", then I hand copy it over to the game and it says the same thing.

How do I fix this?

Contact steam support. They should be able to help you out.
