Sound and Control Issues
Well, I've played the game for about 15 minutes. Its very Mass Effect 2 feeling, I especially love the XP for weapons, and that its CO-OP! But, its not without bugs, and I am hoping someone may have solved this already.
First, The sprint doesnt work for me. I've rebound it several times, and no key works for it. Is anyone else having this issue? Second, I dont have any sound. I have surround sound headsets, so I am going to try disabling that and see that happens. I will post after, but wanted to see if anyone else solved this. |

You need to set the USB headset as primary audio device..
Not sure why sprint doesn't work though, that sounds weird.. |

Yea, it is already. The weird thing is that, in game, you cannot choose which device it uses. But my headset is my only audio output, and its always primary...
Disabling surround sound did not make a difference either. |

So, when i attach an analog stereo headset, set it as the default, it works. So its just USB headsets. This also, oddly, fixed the sprint issue.
When people communicate on the game in single player, you go into a walk mode. Its possible that when the game sends the audio, it puts it in walk mode, but because you never finish the sound (it fails) then you never leave it. I dunno, but im disappointed my headsets dont work |
