is it possible to run the game with quad core without doing the tweak?

hi!simple question,is there anybody who managed to play the game without issues with a modern pc?i mean by that quad,seven and at least 5xxx ati.thanx for replies.and i mean no tweak at all.

i7 920 cpu
nvidia gtx 275
6 gb ram

didn't need to tweak anything to play the game. i tried a few tweaks to improve performance a bit, but didn't have to tweak just to play the game, worked right out of the box

thanx man.i was wondering,how come i can run kotor 2 and even oblivion without worries and not beeing able to play this fallout right out of the box!if a lot of people is having issues with this game,could it be simply because of vista?or because they don't have enough ram?well i don't know but i know with you it works without any worry and that's good enough.

i have realised i didn't mention it was fallout 3 of course goty.
