Episodes from Liberty City - Rentware & No Controller Support? Really?
Wow, what the heck. The SecuROM in GTA4 wasn't bad enough apparently, because as I see from the Steam store, Episodes from Liberty City has SecuROM with activation limits now? And they removed the controller support? Really? And in game with lots of driving, no less? Can't even use a 360 controller for driving now? Gotta go back to WASD? And its SecuROM'd rentware too?

The 360 controller works fine here.

GFWL has always had a 15-activation limit as well, so that point is kinda moot.
360 controllers work perfectly fine. Wired, and wireless (as far as I can tell). GTA IV has always been wonky with others though. |

And retail is unlimited activations I believe, so buy it through a shop if it bothers you. Also: controller works fine, as said. |

Steam store doesn't list any controller support for it like it does for GTA4. If the 15 activation limit thing is just for activating the game with GFWL, why don't other GFWL games show that on their Steam store pages as well?

So does anyone know for 100% sure whether the activation limits for Episodes from Liberty City apply to the single player AND multiplayer, or do they apply to the multiplayer alone?

Thank you.
Out of curiosity, does this "15 machine limit" business mean it doesn't tick with each install on Steam? This is a pretty hefty game and I'd kind of like to uninstall it when I lose interest. If you just go in and delete the files, will Steam treat it as a repair? |

Like, if I install the game twice and only play single player, am I now down 2 installations from the 15, or does that not count since it was single player and not multiplayer? |
