motion problem

my specs:

- ati 5770
- i7 930
- evga x58
- 6gb ram
- monitor dell 20"
- refresh rate 75
- latest catalyst driver
- windows 7

i got a stable fps, but everytime i move my mouse the motion looks crapy but the fps still stable, the movement of the player models are fine also, only when i move around, anyone experience this?

i try adjust to high or lower settings, change resolutions but still the same, but when i play css everything is smooth..

Mouse HZ,try to increase hz to 500 or 1k
