How to stop my health going down??

Ok so i've gotten into the garden area but i've noticed my health is constantly going down, and there doesn't seem to have been anything said about where i can fill that up again yet!?

Your health drops constantly while in the void. Collect color and place it into your hearts to get it back up. Note that you will live longer if you fill only one heart at a time since they each process color at the same time, and its easy to run out of color if you load up multiple hearts carelessly. Of course, its also possible to wind up dead if you don't have enough processed color to do what you need to do, so its a balancing act.
