Fallout 3 Game of the year edition DLC

Hello, I have recently bought the Game of the year edition of Fallout 3 and I'm wondering how to get the DLC, it says it comes with it or do I have to get it using GFWL. I'm probably just being stupid, but I can't find the DLC (No radio signals).

When you start Fallout 3 and the launcher comes up, click on Data Files, and then check off all the boxes beside the 5 DLC titles (not load loose files). Next time you're in the wasteland, you should get the notice that the DLCs are active.

Do I have to start a new game to have it active after it is loaded?

I guess not, when enabled, there should be new quest on your pipboy, theses quest are related to the included DLC.
