Game doesn't save profile

The game doesn't save my profile. Every time I start the game, there's no profiles.
Also, the game crashed for me a couple of times.

Edit:
The problem has been spotted with help from the game's support (they worked very fast, and responded to emails instant).
Apparently, Kaspersky didn't like the game or something because it corrupted the save and config files.
Adding MoleControl.exe to the Trusted Applications fixes the problem.
