How to change e-mail in Steam?

Hello. My e-mail was deleted. As a result i can't change it on my own due to the fact, that the code is being sent on the old mail. I presume, that I have to contact with Steam support. And my question is: Do I have to add a photo with CD-key, and account name to have my mail changed? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you will need to contact Support if you no longer have access to the original e-mail. Support will need some type of proof of ownership. Retail CD-keys will work just fine for that.
