Help Running Bully. . .

When it loads, I can only see the upper right 25% of the graphic.
It fills the monitor completely.

The games seems to operate OK, I just can't see the whole thing.

My system stats are as follows:
Dell Inspiron 570
AMD Athlon II X4 2.80 GHz
6 GB of Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium
ATI Radeon HD 4200 Graphics
23" Monitor

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

P.S. I tried the MAXMEM and it was no help.
