I didn't look too far into these, but I did inspect Painis Cupcake, and his bizzare spawn.

They're really disturbing, horribly creepy. You know, not uber scary, but just very wrong, which is probably what gives them their... charm?

There's a certain attraction to creepy characters in the world. That's why Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde was so successful.

About the spygineer, the universe re-aligned after the 118th update, bringing them back until the 119th update.
