fileSysCheck.cfg Error

I try loading up the game after installing it and it says, "Error during initialization: Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Modern Warfare 2 is run from the correct folder." I reinstalled the game and just got it again. I've never had this problem with anything on Steam, so I'm wondering what the problem is. It asks me to make sure it's run from the correct folder, but where else would it run from other than where it installed itself.

I'm so confused. Any solution would be great. Thanks.
