Why are some maps always laggy for me all of a sudden?

For some strange reason, it seems that estate and favela are the two main maps that lag really bad for me now. My ping is actually fine and I usually have 3 green bars, but its almost like I get major FPS drops whilst playing these maps and others. I also get this strange error whenever I exit COD, it does not effect anything though and the game still works fine.

What could be wrong? Why are some of these maps giving me FPS drops when they never used to.

Is there anyway to cleanly uninstall the game?

Yeh I noticed a bit more lag lately, think it's cause of the matchmaking changes they added in DLC update. That's what happens when you try to fix something that's not broken
