Garry's Mod keeps crashing...

I know this thread has probably been posted 1000 times, but I'm going to ask it anyway because im stumped...
My game keeps crashing, it boots up fine, and I can play on the levels, but if a bot shoots, the game crashes. This is not always the first time they shoot, it can be random.
I checked on canirunit.com and I can run the game, so I don't think I need any new drivers. But I recently had my computer put into repair, and before that it worked fine, so it must be related to that. My PC is windows XP. I will try and find any other information if needed.
Any suggestions?

XP users tend to crash a lot on Garry's Mod, before I got Vista I crashed a lot on XP too. Ever since I used Vista I never really crash, but this is just me, I don't know if it will solve your problems.
