New setting to clear Mac clutter

While I think that it is great that Steam has added Mac support, it has substantially cluttered the interface for users who have no interest in it (like me). The orange font in PLAY is so eye-catching that all other content fades into the background for me.

Suggestion to make everyone happy here:

Menu>Steam>Settings>Interface

new checkbox: "Hide STEAMPLAY icon" default to unchecked.
