Reporting Bugs, Problems, Suggestions

Hi,
in a thread about Black Portals i noticed BurtonJ postet a link to the Support page.

If we encounter Problems with Steam on the mac should we post here on the forums, or on the Linked Support Page? Or does it depend upon the problem we are having?

Both I suppose. I would of course also do a search just to see if anyone else has had the issue and found a solution.
